Entry fees:
Free for ages 5 and under. Register by July 20, 2012: $26 adults, $11 youth (ages 6 - 11).
Packet Pick Up - Brion's Grille
July 20, 2012 5pm to 8pm
Come join us for dinner and pick up your packets!
Race day registration fees are $30 for adults and $15
for youth. Limited T-shirt supply for those registering so come early. Sorry, no refunds available.
How to waive entry fee: Run or walk for free! Simply ask friends or co-workers to sponsor your participation. Raise $100 in donations to fight CHD and your entry fee will be waived. Click to download a Donation Collections Form and a Registration Form to assist with collection efforts. Donation checks should be made payable to CMG Heart Foundation. Mail your donation form, checks and registration to:

Ways to register: (1) Register online at Potomac River Running - You will need to create a user log in and password to register.
(2) Register via mail by July 13th, Registration Form
(3) Register race day at front entrance by the ice cream shop at Burke Lake Park at 6:45am-7:45am.
Packet pick-up::
1) Advance pick-up - July 20: 5:00pm-8:00pm at Brion's Grill across from GMU.
2) Race day - July 23: 6:45am-7:45am.
